Orders placed Monday - Friday will be processed the next business day.
Orders placed in the weekend will be processed the next Monday.

The parcel services have been indicating for some time that they are very busy with online orders, so unfortunately not all orders will be delivered on time. There will be some national holidays in the coming weeks, which will increase the pressure on parcel services even more.
MBRC is open every working day except on the national holidays.

Orders placed on holidays, or during weekends, will be processed the next working day.

We ship to almost every country in the world.

Currently we do not ship to the UK.
Due to the new "brexit" regulations it is complicated and costly  and therefor it is put on hold.

For deliveries outside the EU, import and tax charges are at your own expense.

Standard delivery outside the Netherlands / EU countries:
- charge € 4,95
- standard delivery, no track & trace
- delivery app. 7-10 working days to EU countries
- delivery app. 14 working days to non-EU countries (please note that standard delivery is not available for all non-EU destinations)

Fast Delivery + track & trace
If you choose "Fast Delivery" your delivery will be faster. Also your delivery will have a full track & trace.
Charge Fast Delivery depends on the selected country, between € 7,95 -  € 11,95

For each country the expected delivery time can be different; you will see the delivery time at the check out after selecting your country.

Fast Delivery is available for deliveries to the following EU countries:

Do not forget to mention your order number and to attach a picture of the visible damage. We will check it directly and will inform you about next steps, normally being a new product to be sent to you. 

If for any reason you wish to exchange the product, please contact us at, clearly stating your ordernumber and which product it concerns.
We will send you instructions by mail for a smooth exchange to get you the MBRC you want.
