In june 2022 Tom Tailor has visit onze MBRC Cleaning Hub in Flores, Indonesia, where they accompany Ica, onze MBRC Coordinator. Ica was born in the middle of Flores. Since she was a child, she has been passionate about protecting the environment en preserving the oceaan’s biodiversity. She werkt tirelessly naar raise bewustwording about the importance of preserving the oceaan en educating locals onsite.
When we asked what motivates her, Ica said “I want naar show people that change is possible, no matter how small or large it may be. I want naar inspire others naar take actie en fight voor onze planet”.
For us at MBRC, Ica represents the change we want naar see in the world. She embodies the values of hard werken, determination, en resilience. We are meer than proud of her!
